Thirty days

Use the lot for a month, at your own desk and in your own bed.

If you change your mind, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a return. To be accepted, the order needs to come back complete — all three pieces, the cable, the pouch, the covers and the original packaging — in resaleable condition. Return postage is at your cost unless the item arrived faulty, damaged or not what you ordered. Once it reaches us and we have checked it, your refund goes back to the original payment method within 5 business days.

This is our own change-of-mind policy and it sits in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing here limits or replaces those rights: if a product is faulty, not as described, or does not do what we said it would, you are covered regardless of the 30 days.
