VESU Satin Sleep Eye Mask
The problem
Your bedroom is not as dark as you think it is. There is a standby light on the TV, a streetlight through the gap in the curtain, and from October the sun is up before six. None of it wakes you properly. All of it keeps you in the shallow end of sleep.
Most people have tried a mask once and abandoned it, usually for the same reason: it was cotton, it dragged on the skin every time they turned over, and by morning it had left a crease down one cheek and pushed half their hair into a knot at the back.
What we did about it
Satin, because the surface is the whole point. It slides against skin instead of gripping it, so turning over does not drag your face with it. No crease line in the morning, and no friction on your hairline.
The strap is a soft elastic that sits low at the back of the head rather than across the crown, so it does not ride up in the night and does not pull.
It is deliberately light. A mask you can feel is a mask you take off at two in the morning.

Midnight Black, Storm Grey and Champagne. Storm Grey is the same tone as the VESU Sleep Headband, so the two sit together properly if you own both. Champagne is the one people buy as a gift.
Honest note
This is a satin sleep mask. It blocks the light that reaches your eyes and it is comfortable to sleep in. It is not a blackout blind, and if your room is genuinely floodlit you will still notice a little light at the edges.
